PLOT
FOUNDER DEEDS · 100 OF 100 REMAIN
The Land Registry

A permanent claim on a finite map. Buy a plot, and it is yours — not for a season, not until someone outbids you.

Two hundred and forty plots exist. There will never be more. The first hundred deeds carry a Founder's mark, minted once and never reissued. When they are claimed, being early is gone with them.

Opening the register…

Every plot is a permanent deed. Choose one, and it is entered in your name — and no bid, ever, can take it from you.

How a claim works

Four steps · no wallet, no bidding
01
Choose a plot
Pick any open plot on the map. Each has a fixed coordinate and a one-time price — no auction, no bidding against anyone.
02
Claim it
Enter the name and optional link that will sit on the deed, then pay once through Stripe. That is the entire cost, ever.
03
It's recorded
The moment payment clears, the plot is entered in your name in the registry and a deed page is minted for it. The first 100 also receive a permanent Founder number.
04
It stays yours
No one can outbid you, bump you, or buy the plot out from under you. There is no resale market by design. That is the whole promise.

Plain answers

What you're actually buying
What exactly is a plot?

A permanent entry in this registry: one numbered square on a finite 240-plot map, recorded in your name, with a deed page you can link to and share. It's a digital collectible — a claim on a spot in this specific registry. It is not real-world land, and it doesn't grant any property, legal, or financial rights outside this site.

Is this an NFT or on a blockchain?

No. There's no crypto, no wallet, no token, no chain. A claim is a straightforward record in PLOT's own database, paid for once with a normal card through Stripe. "Permanent" here means the registry is built so a claimed plot is never resold, re-auctioned, or reassigned — not that it lives on a blockchain.

What does "permanent" really mean?

Two things, honestly: the supply is fixed at 240 and will never grow, and once you claim a plot it is never put back up for sale or handed to anyone else. There is deliberately no mechanism to outbid or buy out an existing owner.

What makes a Founder deed different?

The first 100 plots claimed each carry a Founder number (#001–#100), minted once and never reissued. It's a permanent mark of having been early — a matter of record and provenance. It's the same permanent plot everyone else gets, with a first-hundred stamp that can never be recreated once the hundred are gone.

Can I transfer or sell my plot?

Not today. There's no resale market on purpose — a secondary market would reintroduce exactly the outbidding this is built to avoid. You claim it, it's recorded as yours, and it stays that way.

What happens if PLOT shuts down?

Straight answer: PLOT is a site run by one person, and a claim is a record in this registry, not an asset held anywhere else. If the site went away, the deed pages would go with it. Buy a plot because you like being an early, permanent name in a small finite registry — not as an investment or a store of value. Please don't spend more than that's worth to you.

Is the price really one-time?

Yes. One payment, no subscription, no renewals, no future charges. The price shown on a plot is the whole cost.
